Bryan grew up in New England with a love of the area and cooking creatively. He graduated from Johnson & Wales in Virginia with a Golden Key Award for Upcoming Chefs and went on to work in many different locations across the country before returning home to his New England roots.

He aspires to educate and excite people, communities, businesses and schools about growing and using the food sources available to them. He is excited by the many ways through which he can do this, including farm-to-table catering, cooking classes, tours of his farm and, eventually, children's cooking camps emphasizing growing and cultivating food, as well as cooking techniques and elements of sustainable living.

He lives and works in Sutton, New Hampshire on his own family farm -"A Bit Leary Farm" - with his wife, Charlotte, their three children and all of their furry companions.

Bryan's vision of Perspective Catering is built on the foundations of farm-to-table quality, seasonal inspiration and the idea that every event deserves its own unique touch.
